Making a complaint with the BBB worked, I filed one Sunday and got a call earlier today (Tuesday). I have a direct phone line contact in the executive department who helped fix some issues with my order. I am free to contact them directly with any further issues.
I still have a 6/26 ship date but he was able to resolve free gift issues (I want to cancel, reorder and still get the free battery) and gave me a pass on the 15% restocking fee if I am not happy with the machine (I ordered with a non-Meyers EPP. EPP cannot return unless defective)
All I can say is you will probably get a better response from Lenovo if you do file a BBB complaint. Not a fact, just my experience.

all i have to say is:
s|e|a|r|c|h : my anti-drug
it's frustrating to have to read the same stuff over and over and over again when you're looking for relevant information. -

I dont get why dont you guys just ignore this post if you think it has been posted too much? Now even if it cant be ignored I think just 1 reply to politely tell the OP here that this has been brought up here is enough... Do you guys derive satisfaction from telling people off because they made a pretty simple mistake?

I filed a complaint on sunday as well, but I haven't heard anything back yet. What was the address that you sent your complain to? There was one in New York and one in North Carolina. I sent mine to the North Carolina address.
3039 Cornwallis Road Bldg 676 / Floor 3 / Office D332
Research Triangle Park, NC 27709
I sent it to that address. Is that correct? -
I used the NC address
