    Hi,

The system board in my new R500 need replacing (high pitched noise being emitted) but upon phoning up the UK support centre this morning was told it's currently out of stock and no firm idea on when they would be getting it.

If anyone else has been in a similar situation, what was the lead time in the end? Am I looking at waiting months for this or is it normally a case of days/weeks?
