I ordered a T61 with 10% coupon and using SPP program on July 21. It expected to ship on Sep 6.
Now, my friend give me his EPP account. Is this any chance for me to inform Lenovo about this and ask them for 10% more because of the difference between EPP and SPP ?

Configure the same exact laptop but this time with the EPP discount. When you get to the end of the checkout page, click on "convert to quote" instead of entering your credit card information. As soon as you receive notification of your laptop shipping, call Lenovo and ask for a price adjustment.

But the 10% coupon has expired so you cannot use it for any new order or quote. Might be worth calling instead.
Also, the EPP discount varies depending on model etc. Try configuring first with the EPP to see if it's really a huge difference from the SPP. -
