    Hello,

Once upon a time ago I had the T440s. It had a really nice 1920x1080 IPS screen. The X1 Carbon is on sale and I am trying to decide on a purchase.

Is the X1 Carbon 3rd gen 1920 x 1080 screen TN or did it ever switch over to IPS ?

    Thanks,

    Thor

It appears they are still TN screens instead of IPS. Bummer

Not for this gen unfortunately. In the future, TN screens will go away mostly.
