Hi there,
I was just wondering if anyone here remember the Thinkpad T400 Lenovo offered with the high nit WXGA screen? It was discontinued pretty quickly. Any current Lenovo laptop or any other laptop that has a similar high nit screen? I was thinking maybe I would keep an eye on Lenovo outlet and maybe one would pop up!
Any chance someone here has one and is looking to sell? I'm your buyer!
As a side note, can anyone here please tell me how to do parts look up on Lenovo outlet products. For example, Outlet Part Number: 647R8521N4 & Manufacturing part number: 6474RF3R8521N4. Which one to use?
Thank you

The FRU for the high brightness LCD is 42T0623. It's a Samsung LCD, part number LTN141AT09 . There's one available here if you wan to drop 3 bills. If you want one you're probably better off looking at TPF than here.
Do you have a link to the outlet? -
Thanks for the reply!! dang! that's pricey. I might have to find a really good deal on a T400 to get that screen! I will register at TPF and ask around there too!
Thanks for the part number. What I meant was that I can't seem to do parts lookup on Lenovo outlet products. For example, on an Outlet part number listed as 647R8521N4, is 647R the type and the rest serial? Nothing comes up that way though. There is also the Manufacturing part number: 6474RF3R8521N4 listed, I try to do a parts lookup with 6474 as type and the rest as serial, it doesn't work either.

Thank you -
There's a used LTN141AT09 on here for $110 and it's a Dell part. I suspect it would work, but I can't say with any certainty.
That's not the serial number and they're not going to give it to you, which means you can't do the parts look up. You're probably best off calling the Outlet if there's something you want specifically.
Anyone remember Thinkpad T400 with the 678 nit WXGA screen?
