I called lenovo rep. about the extended warranty I purchased. They told me to register the servicepac at a website, but I don't have the authorisation number and pincode. I emailed them for these numbers. No response. Did anyone have experience on this? I regretted buying 3 year warranty now.
    Thanks

Why don't you call them. They have a warranty department. I never have bought a warranty extention. My T42 and T41 had the three year. My R60 only has one, but I bought it with the American Express card which extends the warranty an additional year.

which american express card is this? Do you have to do anything for american express to extend the warranty or is it implied? Also, who covers the warranty that 2nd year? Lenovo or does american express have another company that covers their extended warranties for them?
