    My Laptop is:
    Lenovo G530 4446 3FG Dual CPU T3400 2.16GHz 3GB RAMs

Sometimes when i turn on the laptop it stucks on the white Lenovo mark screen and i have to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart the system.

    What's wrong with my laptop?
I just baught it this year and i only used it for about 3 months.

I remove the battery pack and use the laptop using the AC Adaptor.

A device conflict might be causing it to hang. Do you have any external devices connected to it?

Does it exhibit the issue with the battery in place?

It is designed to always have the battery in. Might want to try it.

Power Manager has an "optimize for lifespan" battery option if you are worried about it.

I've been using laptops fulltime since about 1993. I've never run one without the battery in, and have never experienced anything I would consider abnormal.

I have been using ThinkPads pretty exclusively since the T60p came out and have used a wide variety of the ThinkPad models since. I never once used any of them with the battery pulled out.

    Who you gonna believe?

Look at it this way, your problem is solved, right?

Did you use your laptop with both the battery in and the AC adapter is connected to your laptop? Was it OK?

So, What's your advice to me?
Use the laptop with only the adapter is connectet (Battery Removed)
Or use it with the battery in and the AC connected?

while most laptop is designed to run with battery in, but the problem you describe should not occur even when the battery is left out of the machine.
