Anyone know what the name of the T430U IPS panel is?

I've been using a T430U for a few days and trying to decide whether to stick with it or go back to an X230. The three things which bother me are only 2 USB ports and no dock (which I can't do much about), as well as the TN panel which I've got on mine. Overall it's a decent display, but the vertical viewing angles are pretty poor. Lenovo has 3 products codes for the panels - 04W4185, 04W4193 and 04W4447. My panel model is a B140XTN02.5, which I think Lenovo refer to as the 04W4447, but I haven't found anything online indicating which of the other two panels might be IPS or what their actual model number is. If anyone has an incline what the model I should look for is, that'd be great.

There is no 14" HD/HD+ IPS Display with LVDS connector. It does not exist anywhere on this world.
