    I have a digital camera.

I need to make a DVD.

Can I take 5 minute video clips, gel them together with no gap, and burn them with just NERO?

I have to do this by tomorrrow!

Nero Vision should be able to handle it. Do you have the full edition or just the bundled one that comes with Cd-dvd players, etc.?

I'll try to find Nero vision. Windows movie maker? Is that Vista software or did it come ... nm, i'd have to download that too anyways. I think Nero Vision will be easier to find. Thanks!

DVD Forger. It is free, relatively easy to use, lightweight, and allows for a lot of control (menus, custom bookmarks, multiple titles, etc.). I highly recommend you give it a try. Don't be scared of the "Alpha" release, it is in fact very stable and well made.

Get started soon. The encoding process no matter what application you choose may take a while (assume at least the length of the video), and you may need to try more than once to get the results you want. Standard settings are 720x480, MPeg2 (5-8 Mbps), and 48 KHz Dolby Stereo (2 Channel AC3 @ 192kbps), although if your recording is heavy on sound you might want to try Linear PCM (>CD Quality @1536kbps).
