I recently sent in my R40 for buyback so I could get my new T60. It was in PERFECT working condition when it left my fingers. I put it is a laptop shipping box with PERFECT protection. They quoted me $390 for it.

A month later I got an email saying it had a "System board failure" and they were offering me $39.70. Yeah, my decimal points are right, Thirty-nine dollars!!

Anyone else have problems? Anyone have any suggestions??

    Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by insure. IBM sends out the return label.

And as I said in my post, it was working perfectly.
