Just want to see how many people here have noticed the price drop and are asking for price match done....beside some people who haven't noticed the recent price drops could be aware of it.
I saved a bit more than 300$ from the price match

I saved about $350 something from mine.

I tried to get my price match but the sales rep said that it would stop my order 3-4 days. I e-mailed and called 2 times and they told me to do it after the laptop ships. I guess I am having bad luck and getting all the bad sales rep that won't put the extra effort to help me like you guys

I saved less because I already saved a lot on my original order on AUG 5th with student + 15% coupon.....but this one I only had the CPP

You can only get a price match done once in the 21 days after a purchase. So why not just configure whatever notebook you bought, and then convert the price to a quote. That way, if the price does go up in coming weeks, you'll be able to use the price that you had saved. However, say the price goes down and you've already used your one opportunity to adjust your price, you will not be able to have Lenovo adjust your price again in those 21 days. My advice is to wait until the latter days of your price adjustment period and keep saving quotes until you can make sure you'll be getting the best deal.

Thanx for the advice...did anyone got the coupon to work with the CPP discount?
-
-
hmmm thanks for the info guys
-
by the way, would you know how long a quote is valid for?
-
30 days, I think.

my sales rep changed the price for me when i switched to a 6cell from a 9 cell...it saved me over 600 dollars.
Anyone getting their price match done this week?
