Hi,
Kind of a weird thing here that I've noticed before. On battery power, I can't get 100% brightness on the intel graphics on an x200 tablet. I suspect the same goes for an x200 and x200s. The brightness dims down slightly when on battery power, and this has been the case for a T400 and T500 that I had as well. I would like the option to have full brightness on battery power. I think that thinkpads' battery life isn't amazing anyway, but it also is a sneaky way to pad battery life tests. This is not the same as adjusting the power plans' settings; it may be controllable in the bios, but I can't figure out how to get full brightness on battery should I so choose.
Try it yourself. Go full brightness on battery, then plug it in and you will see a definitely noticeable improvement in brightness when plugged in. On my old T500, I had to disable switchable graphics to allow full brightness on battery, but on an x200 tablet, where there is nothing to switch, it is not possible to get full brightness on battery!

Don't be so quick to jump to conclusion.
BIOS>LCD>Brightness>High

Anyone getting full brightness on battery power: x200 tablet or x200/s?
