My original thread was mostly anger, but did anyone else have this problem?
i originally ordered it with the webcam, and when they rebooked, it's without and they didn't adjust the price. I faxed in what little documentation I had (just the "Please print this for your records" page which doesnt have an order number or my name, some record, and called and left my CSR a message to which he didn't respond.
I'm just about at my wits end with this. As much as I really really want a Thinkpad, I'm completely being jerked aroudn here and I will not pay more when my order is not even accurate. Not even a "Sorry we apologize for this mistake" has been given.
Anyone else's order change during rebooking?
