This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Anyone else being disconnected (over and over) by Support Today?

    I was dialing U.S. support (1-800-426-7378) and was disconnected 6-8 times after about a minute each time. This happened from 9.00 Eastern through early afternoon. Depending on how fast I entered the responses, I was disconnected at different time (including once after the system said I was being routed to Atlanta).
    Is anyone else experiencing this or am I just lucky.

    They must be having problems all over, because the website works very badly too.

    Yes I had that problem, and then I tried emailing support. I did read receipt I know they opened it, but no response thus far.
