I still have the problem even after BIOS upgrade to 2.09, disabling of memory production in the bios. As a last resort I have removed all ATI software and use a generic vga driver and all is well. Has anyone solved this issue and how have you done it? I can't send my system in again as I need to use it.

You've probably lost a stick of RAM. Take one out (or make sure neither of them have worked their way loose and re-seat them), and try booting.

Yep, ram problems. Who told you to it was a bios or graphics driver problem?

Parity check problems is usually a bad stick of ram. In the worse case it could be the connector on the motherboard, but I've never, in all the years I used to build my own, ever had that turn out to be the case.

I tested each ram stick separately and problem is still there. I can reproduce it by running the video test in pc doctor. Also if I remove the Ati drivers and software and run on a generic vga driver, system is fine. It has been happening since I purchased the system it either is a faulty video card or video ram or system board. I am sending it back to Lenovo again tomorrow, I hope they replace the motherboard. I told them to not send it back until they have figured it out.
