Just wondering if anyone has any idea. When I bought my X230 it came with the 320GB standard hard drive and I remember to get a 128GB SSD it was something crazy like $200+ so instead I just bought a 128GB drive from a local computer store here for something like $80 and installed it easily myself. Just doing some advanced research as I plan on buying this as soon as it comes out, but was wondering if anyone knew if this was the case or if it's more likely some smaller hard drive that can't be changed? I'd assume it can't be but then it says 1TB HDD or up to 256GB SSD on the Lenovo UK website, so assuming if it can take a normal 1TB non SSD drive then I'd imagine it could be replaced? Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, the hard drive is user replaceable.

At the link above, navigate to: FRU Videos >> FRU Service: Hard Disk Drive - This shows the hard drive replacement procedure. (Not that you need it)
M.2 SSD is also user replaceable.
Check out the Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga thread for more information.
Any idea if ThinkPad Yoga's HD is user replaceable?
