Hello! Well once again I'm here for some more feedback. I was looking at an Edge 13 with the Intel SU7300 on ebay for a good price. I know how most of you feel about it being called a Thinkpad,so thats why I'm just calling it an Edge. Anyway what the use would be for if I bought it would be mostly browsing and streaming video. If anyone that owns on can happen to give some feedback on it,mainly to see if flash video runs fine on it,or if the SU7300 is not enough to handle it. If you can, tell me you're Cpu usage % when running flash. Sorry for the long post.
    Thank you in advance!

Sadly it seems Non-"Thinkpads" never really catch on here. The SU7300 is plenty powerful enough for full HD flash videos.

"When it comes to graphics the GMA 4500M card isn't going to be a gaming demon, but it was capable of streaming the Avatar YouTube HD trailer and a 1080p QuickTime video smoothly."

I can understand why they don't catch on in here. I just want to try something different. I'm not much of a gamer, but I do watch a lot of streaming videos and was a little worried that the SU7300 could not handle it. The main reason I'm considering one, is I found one at a good price with 2 batteries, a case and a usb fash drive with the OS loaded on it. I guess I can try it and if I don't like it, I can just sell it.

I have an Edge 13, and I must say that I love it. The battery life is great (>6 hours normal wifi use), and it's the best keyboard I have ever used.

On the topic of video. It can handle HD YouTube easily, but can bog down with multiple flash videos loading at once.

Ench do you have the one with the SU7300 processor? Also have you noticed the cpu usage% when running videos? Thanks!

I have tested the Edge 13 with an i3 380UM CPU. No problems with streaming videos at all. I am not sure how the SU7300 compares to the i3 380UM.

    Kind regards
