Hi everyone!
As I mentioned earlier in the thread about my quest for the buscard model information, I'm buying a ThinkPad R52. I also spoke to a friend where I work, Normally prices would decrease gradually, though IBM/Lenovo seems to have another way at approaching this. He told me that the ThinkPad models are usually "refreshed" once every 3:rd month. Meaning that the models lenovo have up for sale on their site gets updated.
These are the models which've been available since,, well since October last year at least:

I was gonna buy the last one of them, but seing as we've entered a new quater of the year I wonder if it's strategiacally better to way. I don't want to end up buying that model just to see that they've got a brand new, better, improved model up for sale for the same price in a couple of weeks.
Soo, anyone here have any info regarding their bussiness strategy in this case? Note that I'll only be able to buy the models displayed on that page, so the only way of getting something else would be if lenovo updated it. (If you work at a company you get to buy for a lower price sale model or whatever it's called in English).
Almost time for model updates? (R52)
