I have heard that if I enter the 48 hour sale coupon (Canada) and save it in my cards, I can still get it for that discounted price even after the 48 hour sale ends. Is this true? if so, how long do I have before it expires from my cart?

You need to generate a QUOTE. You do this at the very end after you put it in your cart, go to checkout and give them your billing/shipping address. You don't need to give them a credit card number. At the bottom of the page there is a line that says something like "Convert to Quote" and the quote is good for 30 days. Simply call their sales line and they will convert the quote to a sale.

Correct. In fact you don't even need to call them. The quote should generate an email to the account you provided and you can just click the "order" button from this email. I have done it 2x and it works great.
