I recently bought a X240 from eBay and it has the default 2 3cell batteries. I want to purchase a 6cell battery since it increases the battery drastically, but the lowest I can find out is for $120 from B&H Lenovo ThinkPad 68+ Replacement Battery (6-Cell) 0C52862 B&H

Does anyone know where I can get one for a better price?

That's really not a bad price for an OEM battery. Ever since the _30 series ThinkPads, they all have the chip so you can't use non-genuine batteries, good luck.
