    Advice on T61 cpu fan change

    The bearing has shot in my T61 you fan as its starting to rattle away now.

    Just looking to replace the fan or heatsink & fan as one.

    If I just buy the fan as below,

    is it hard to remove the fan from the heatsink as it looks like its held on by some thermal foil/tape which would make fixing the new fan onto the heatsink difficult.

    Or is it best just to buy a while new fan and heatsink as one and replace.
