    Advanced mini dock usb ports dont work on starup

    I have an advanced mini dock with a t400. The dock is connected when I startup the laptop, and when it boots into windows, the usb ports dont work. There is a notification on the taskbar that says "some usb ports are not recognized by windows" After a while, anywhere between 1 to 5 minutes, the ports start working agian.

    Anyone else have this problem?
