I am planning to buy a T400. I am going to buy 2GB (1 DIMM).

I would like to buy additional 2GB memory from newegg.com (the link)

    http://www.newegg.com/product/produ...hBargains-_-NA-_-NA-_-NA&Item=N82E16820148191

    Is this the right one?

The above link indicates it is 1066MHz as follows:

    Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Dual Channel Kit Laptop Memory - Retail

At lenovo.com, it indicates the memory is 1067MHz as follows:

    PC3-8500 DDR3 SDRAM 1067MHz SODIMM Memory

    Could you somebody help?

    Thanks!

that is a kit. Two DIMM and you will have a redundant DIMM.

You should buy the single 2GB stick if you already have a single 2GB stick in the T400.
