I was just chatting with a sales rep for lenovo.com. He said he might be able to adjust (lower) my price if I email him my configuration and contact info. Has anybody tried this to save some more money. I'm a little skeptical of this method so I'm surveying if anybody had any success with it.

I've heard similar stories with people ordering on this phone getting this type of discount but never through email.

I have used this method twice with Dell, once it worked out great, the other it was a $2 savings. I don't see why Lenovo would be any different. My philosophy is that you can always ask and thank them for their time if it does not work out. Good luck.
