I don't have a networked printer so every time I need to print I walk over to the printer with my laptop and use a USB cable to print. Almost every time I do this and get back to my desk, my laptop has locked up. I though ASP had issues with Turbo Memory so I removed the turbo memory and it is still locking up. I updated my ASP drivers but it didn't seem to help. Any ideas or am I asking too much of the laptop? This happens in Vista and XP.

Have you done a clean install?

Yes, I'm dual booting Vista x64 and XP pro.

Unfortunately I no longer have the original image partition to see if it has the same problems. I almost instantly formatted the machine when I first got it.

Have you tried disabling APS to see whether it was the cause of the issue?

I have tried disabling APS and so far it hasn't crashed on me when going to the printer. Its still too early to be sure though.
