    I'm surprised no one has really asked what setting is best? Sure theres only 3 settings for it but which one is best to use and what environment?

    Is best to have it on low for catastrophic crashes? Or is it best to have it on medium or high for any small bumps?

    There are several ways.

    That little icon in your system tray that has the green triangle with the hard disk icon.

    Searching in the Start menu/programs menu.

    Pressing the ThinkVantage button and looking in the technologies section.

    i leave mine on medium, when sensitivity is set to high it just gets plain annoying
