    To all Thinkpad owners.

Have you ever received any driver updates or anything else from the Access IBM message center that resides in the windows task bar??

I havn't received any driver updates of any sort or received any message other than the welcome to thinkpad ones.

I turn mine off as I find it annoying. You can always just do the updates from Access IBM.

As far as I understand, Access IBM Message Center isn't updated anymore...you need to download the "Software Installer" from Lenovo's troubleshooting site which will give you the latest updates/patches/etc. for your laptop.
