I was under the impression that all T series thinkpads come with an accelerometer for their active protection system (APS). Is it true that they do? If that's the case, are there any other good uses for the accelerometer? I remember there being some interesting mac programs that made use of the Macbook's accelerometer. Is there anything like that which could be used with the Thinkpad's accelerometer?

I've got a game on mine called Tux racer that uses the tilt sensors... And you can also use the tilt sensors to control google maps... Haven't seen much that uses the accelerometer though...
