I have purchased one Thinkpad Mini Dock 287810U but the P/N number on the dock is not 287810U. It is 62P4551. Did I get the right model? However, I can still use this dock with my T43. Please give me the information about the P/N number for Thinkpad mini dock. Thank you so much.

If it works with your machine, likely it was made for your machine. You should be just fine.

With a lot of the products from Lenovo, i've noticed, they cross-number the p/n #. For example, a laptop will be product number 2664UU1, and also, the same product, 26236UI (sometimes listed right next to one another). I'm presuming it has something to do with their inventory maintenence. Perhaps where the machine is asembled (in which factory). It could be a number of things. Just be sure to check BOTH product number descriptions and make certain each contains the features/configuration that you want.
