Is it possible to retrofit a AFFS screen into a Lenovo T61?

If so, that would be amazing?

What mods have you guys done to your Lenovo laptops?

There's none to swap. Only the standard T60s had the FlexView screens. Your best options if you want something similar would be a T60 or R60 with the UXGA, though you will have to do the swap yourself on the R60. There's a BOE-Hydis FFS SXGA+ screen as well, but it's extremely rare and hard to find. The T60 more commonly came with the LG IPS screen, though some screens have issues with dimming and/or yellowing over time. Your other option if you want better hardware or something a little more portable would be the X200 with the screen swap.
