    AC Adapter under warranty ?

    I have a Thinkpad R61.
    My AC adapter went dead suddenly. Is it under warranty from lenovo ?
    I bought it about a couple of months ago .
    Pls answer... and sorry for opening a new thread for this. Searched for similar posts but couldnt find any.

    Looks like AC adapters are covered by a 1 year warranty.

    of course it is covered, unless they can prove the damage was accidental.
