    Hello everyone,

I've never found time before to come on the forum and ask about that strange 'issue' that i'm experiencing. It's not an actual problem.

    So, I have a Thinkpad Edge 15, and a core i5 m480 cpu.
I seem to have a kind of a jagged cursor motion ( a little bit skippy ) most of the time, and some other times, for shorter periods, a silky smooth one. Of course, I'd like to have the latter. It does feel as if the pc is faster when everything is smooth.

Does this have something to do with the cpu? Does it overclock itself and then downclock or something?

I think it would more likely be a driver issue than the CPU. Are you using the stick or the pad? You might want to re-install the software related to those.

I'm using the stick. I just noticed that when I'm using the pad, the cursor motion is smoother than when using the stick.
I'll try to reinstall the driver and see if there's a difference.
