Few and far between around here.

I have a 14.1" 4:3 T61p. Wireless has been giving me plenty of troubles. Would randomly drop out needed reboot to reconnect. On windows xp I got an error about the connections tray. Tried fixes from the web but nothing would work. Installed Vista Business, same thing. Finally, installed Ubuntu linux and still had the same problem. Finally installed a dual boot with Vista Business and Ubuntu Linux. Of course nothing changed. My conclusion was that this was a hardware issue. So I called customer support (I have a 3 year on-site warranty).

The call went straight through and the service agent was friendly enough. 15 minutes later I had an appointment with a technician for the next day. The next day I got a call from a technician at 9:30 AM and he was at my door at 10:30 AM. 20 minutes later he was gone and I had a new wireless card installed. So far so good.

Glad to hear it. People rarely share their positive experiences with customer service, only the negative ones.

I also have only had good experiences with Lenovo.
