    Is there any difference between the FHD touch screen and the FHD non touch screen displays other than one being touch screen and the other not?

    And approximately how much uptime would you get on the battery just web surfing with the display set at around half way brightness.

    From what I'm reading, there is a layer of touch panel on top of the screen so the picture quality may not be as stellar on the multitouch screen.

    Also, you can see in the W510 dimensions posted that the thickness has a range(it doesn't give a fixed thickness but rather a range). It accounts for the W510 being thicker with the multitouch screen.

    That's all I know, and btw, many people recommend non-multitouch screens.
