Hi guys,
I'm a proud owner of the X220t tablet/laptop. I love that it is lightweight, durable, has classic thinkpad keyboard, powerful, love how the battery has a handle bar that sticks out for better grip, love the docking capability, etc. But it is getting a bit old and somewhat slow.
I was wondering what people thought would be an ideal replacement for this machine?
My ideal laptop would have the following properties:
>Detachable tablet capability
>Pen touch and writing capabilities
>Thin and light
>Ability to play video games or do other resource-heavy tasks without getting easily overheated
>Ability to dock
Any thoughts or suggestions?

The only detachable that comes to mind satisfying all of your requirements is probably the Fujitsu Q775. At 13", it is a bit larger than your old X220T. It has a 1080P display and can be had with an I7-5600U CPU. Just about all other detachables use a Core M CPU which may not be suitable for resource heavy tasks. The obvious downside of the Fuji is its price.
Here is a great resource for evaluating current tablet or hybrid offerings. http://forum.tabletpcreview.com/thr...t-tablets-and-convertibles-with-stylus.52592/
