    i just ordered my T61 with 4:3 standard and im excited!!

    but i was wondering the battery life on a 9 cell.
    i checked the data sheet and got the info for a 7 cell, but not a 9.

    7-cell, integrated graphics: up to 6.5hr
    7-cell, discrete graphics: up to 4.4hr

    I just ordered the exact same one. I think it comes with a 6 cel. I'm ordering a 9 cell battery too, I should have it in a few weeks and I'll post my battery life results.

    Oops as you have probably discovered by now, the largest battery the 14.1" T61 will take is the 7 cell. I just ordered one of those.
