Using t410s configured with 5 in 1 card reader.
It reads 1gb SD but I have problems using 16gb SD.
Someone tell me does it support high capacity cards?
THANKS

How old is the t410s as older machines might only be able to read 2GB SD or less cards not SDHC ones.

t410s is brand new...
It supports SD + SDHC, so should support 16GB cards fine.
Latest driver is here. Might be worth checking you have it installed:

My T510 reads my 16GB SDHC card just fine. I've used it several times to snag pics and videos from my digital camera.

My T500's card reader is working fine with my 16GB SDHC card, which I use to store all my music. Even my 4-year-old Averatec 2155 supports it, so I doubt that that is the issue. Did you verify that the card works fine on another computer?

Oh. Do you have this driver installed? http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-72817
5in1 card reader (t410s) doesn't read 16gb
