    I have only seen 4GB DDR3 Kits.
    Newegg is good. Patriot/Crucial DDR3 modules are cheap, look for something with a lifetime warranty.

    Or Google Shopping (Specific Model No.)

    They are still very rare and cost a fortune at the moment. Be patient and the price will drop significantly in the next few months.
