I have a Lenovo battery that says 41+ on it in a big red circle. What's that mean?

Hmm, perhaps you need to be more demanding and intimidating when you request to view pages from the internet?

I kid ... in that case, go here

    http://www.lenovo.com/us/en/#ss

and search for 40Y6799 and view the first result. Looks like a 6 cell 57wh battery for the R/T 60

So the 41+ is a model identifier? I already knew the battery was a 40Y6799--I bought it for my T60. But my old IBM battery never had a giant 41+ written on it. I thought it might have some meaning, like "these use the supercharged 41+ cells". But I guess it's just yet another model number?
