Can I have 4 external monitors with the advanced dock?
Lenovo's website seems to imply that it will only work with XP. I am using Vista64 on a T400.
Does anybody know if it will work?
If so, any graphic cards recommended for 4 external monitors?

You can probably only do 2 monitors without any extra external video output devices.

Is the advanced dock the one with the PCI-Express slot?? If so, you should be able to get 4 monitors (3 plus the ThinkPad, or 4 w/o) to work. I believe the dock only accepts half height cards (usually low power, but fine for 2D).

One other option would be a device like the Matrox Triple Head 2 Go. This will trick your ThinkPad into thinking that 3 monitors are only one (however, they must ALL be the same resolution, and they won't behave independently).

Well, I know that you can do 4 monitors but the one thing that isn't clear, will it work in Vista?
Lenovo's website shows XP only, but lenovo's website is also know to be very misleading and lacking of accurate and complete information.
