    Hello,

I paid extra for a 3-year warranty (the invoice shows it), but on the
Lenovo Web site, I could only see 1-year (the warranty expires in
    2007).

I emailed Lenovo and am still waiting for an answer. What is your experience? Is it a glitch (the database not being up-to-date) or what?

    Thanks.

Might be database, or it would be something like you first get paperwork to fill out.

I am in the same boat. I paid for 3 yrs NBD looked on the web saw only 1 yr carry-in. It could be that I bought the warranty (at the same time as my Z61m) from a re-seller not from IBM/Lenovo site. I would however expect the warranty to show up as Thinkpad warranties are meant to 'follow the machine' with no purchase order needed to get a repair.
If any one knows anything about this please post
    Regards Tony
