K so I finally got my lenovo 3000 n200 (type 0796) I love it so far, the only problem ive found so far is with the fn and control keys, they have been interchanged and its a bit difficult getting used to em.

K so here are my questions..

    1) according to lenovo.com drivers page the latest BIOS for this model is v3.03, I have v1.11 installed.... should I upgrade? are there any major improvements in the new BIOS? what im asking is that is the BIOS upgrade worth it? Also the fan has 2 speed levels, min and max. so its kinda noisy, will the bios upgrade fix this?

    2) I have a dual core processor T2330, and i use notebook hardware control, i see that even under dynamic switching the clock remains at maximum that is 1596 Mhz, while on my moms laptop, which is also a dual core it actually is dynamically switching between different clock speeds according to load.

also I cannot see the processor voltage levels in the graph either, is this a problem with the T2330 model.

    3) what exactly does the "lenovo care" button do? so far the only use i have found for this key is to enter the bios, is this all this specialized key can do? open the BIOS screen??

    Thanks :)
