I know in the original Thinkpad Yoga and Yoga 12, you could order it with a spinning 2.5" drive, and it came with a little 16GB SSD that was supposed to be used as a cache drive, that was put in where the WWAN card could go.

Can the Yoga 260 have a second SSD put there as well, or is there anything arbitrary stopping me? That 16GB drive was perfect for a dual boot system with Linux sitting on that 16GB, as I never needed much space.

Now, I'm looking at possibly selling my MacBook Pro off, picking up a Yoga 260 at base specs, upgrading to a 16GB DIMM and an NVMe drive for the primary, and throwing in a 120 or 240GB 42mm M.2 for just holding VMware machines...but if there's something limiting me (no SATA lanes), I'd like to know now before I start changing things around and spending lots of money.
