Does the T61 series have an optional Ultrabay hard drive caddy option to add a second hard drive? How does the performance compare to an internal drive?

The performance is pretty much the same. I have a 7200 RPM internal and a 5400 RPM in the ultrabay and the only difference I notice is due to the HD speed.

I got mine off of Ebay for $40 plus $7 shipping and handling. Works pretty decent. Kind of nice not having to lug the external USB drive around. I have a 7k200 160 gig in it, and I can't tell the speed difference.
