Hey guys, anyone know where i can get (and for how much) extra memory for an x series laptop? DRR3

You can get any DDR3 modules that have the same specifications, you don't have to buy from Lenovo.
Just look for the following:
DDR3 204-pin
1066MHz (although 1333MHz DDR3 will also work, but will downclock)
PC-8500 (basically, 1066MHz RAM)
Timings of 7-7-7-20 (CAS latency = 7) (although RAM of a higher CAS latency will also be okay - you likely won't notice the difference)
SODIMM (for laptops)
That is pretty much exactly the specifications of the RAM Lenovo uses.
The RAM you linked to does not seem to be for laptops... make sure you're getting SODIMMs, which is the RAM form factor for laptops. -

x61x200: ^This is what you need. Not DIMM, as you linked above. DIMM will not come close to fitting. -

Link to a reliable vendor. Pick the module that fits your budget and brand preference, and it makes sense to stick with a CAS latency of 7, since you don't pay extra for it. -
