Can someone help me out with the difference between the two?

*The DDU is a T60p and the DCU isn't... does that make any difference? Is the DDU better than the DCU in any aspect besides more memory and its video card?

*The DDU has a FireGL 5200 whereas the DCU has a Radeon x1400 Hypermemory... which card is better?

*The DDU has 1 gb of mem, the DCU has 512 mb of mem... I plan to upgrade to 2 gigs. If I get the DDU, Ill do it through IBM but if I get the DCU I plan to do it myself. Is the memory the same for both?

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

FYI, most of this is already discussed if you looked around for T60p in the forum, but here goes...

    T60p has FireGL and T60 has GMA950/X1300/X1400.
FireGL is better, but it is a workstation card (look at the GPU discussions for more info regarding what that means and what it implies).
I'd never buy more than the base amount of RAM from any seller, RAM is much cheaper from a place like NewEgg, 2GB from Lenovo is prolly gonna be a ton of money.
    Both use 667MHz DD22 (5300 variety as opposed to 5400 I believe).

The other major difference between T60 and T60p is T60p comes with 7200 rpm hard drive and T60 with 5400 rpm.
