I'm considering the T61p 6459A12 with the following specifications-

    Intel® Core 2 Duo T7500 2.2GHz
    2 GB RAM
    160 GB
    15.4" 1680x1050
    256MB nVIDIA Quadro FX 570M
    Windows Vista Ultimate

Is the Quadro FX 570M a good card? Could I play the latest games on it at the native resolution? Would it work with these games (as it's a Quadro card)?

    Thanks.

yes, it is one of the most powerful GPUs for 15'' notebook right now. And I think It should play games just fine, with the right driver....

I was playing Team Fortress 2 the other day on mostly high setting....no AA at 1680 x 1050 and it was doing well. This was with non gaming drivers.

Put gaming drivers on and you have yourself an 8600GT. :)

Yes gaming drivers are readily available, but beware of the idea that Lenovo put in the most STABLE drivers for their product -- primary difference. That being said many people are playing with the gaming drivers with little or no problems.

I tend not to agree here. Lenovo just put some drivers, not the best.
