    1st Thinkpad!

    Hey everyone,

    I just picked out a new X60S from the Lenovo outlet. It is an awesome laptop, but a bit confusing. Will running the ThinkVantage system update all the drivers onboard? Is there an unofficial online guide to starting with the thinkpads? Keyboard will need some getting used to.

    Also I'm having a bit of trouble connecting my bluetooth Logitech V470. A google search shows that bluetooth devices can be pretty hit or miss with this laptop.

    Has anyone had a similar experience, or am I missing something?? All the specs I ordered were accurate, except they gave me an extra 40GB.

    I don't think there is a "guide" to starting with ThinkPads but if you do have any questions, please do not hesitate to create a thread with your problem here. We'll be glad to help. Though, the ThinkPad Sticky would be a good place to start. Or you can go here as well:
