Anyone know is going on with the lenovo options for the W530?

For FHD they have these 2 options

    15.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) LED Backlit Anti-Glare Display, Mobile Broadband Ready

    15.6" FHD (1900 x 1080) LED Backlit Anti-Glare Display, Mobile Broadband Ready
And the 1900x1080 screen is $70 more.

    Can someone explain?

    What?!

I configured it from the B&N Gold site and they offer 2 type of FHD screens with different resolutions.

I have no idea. I can see they made one of them $70 more expensive than the other as well. You should ask the Lenovo Online Chat assistant. When I bought mine there was only one 1920 x 1080 option and it was a $200 upgrade. Maybe they are now offering another, possibly better, FHD panel.

The system configuration tool on Lenovo's site has always been lacking details for it's options. For instance, with the W520 they used to intermittently remove the option to add a mSATA drive. With the W530, it cannot be configured with the color calibrator or an mSATA drive. It would be more useful if there was a page in the configuration that simply stated that these options were not currently available. I guess that is why they have chat assistants.

I just asked the chat assistant. The more expensive one comes with the color sensor.

Doesn't sound right cause the color sensor option says "No color sensor with bezel". I thought the color sensor is near the fingerprint reader.

So they're offering a FHD screen with 20 pixels LESS resolution?? Or is that a typo?
    Notice it's 1900 NOT 1920

I believe the color sensor cost roughly $70 for the W520, so I'm inclined to believe the chat rep. I recommend you chat with one yourself before configuring a system. They helped me when I configure mine.
