Hello, I just received a T430S that has the 16GB SSD installed (Lenovo is refunding me the cost of this option) I would like to know if I can add a bigger micro SSD and use it for my boot drive. Im swapping out my hard drive for a SSD so I don'd need the so called caching it provides for my hard drive. I know I can install the operating system on my new SSD but if i have the slot why not use it.

So, you're asking if you can install both a 2.5" SSD as well as a mSATA SSD?

IF so, you can definitely do that if you want. No problem with that.
